Return Policy
Return Request:
To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@pawsofjoy7.com within 7 days of delivery. Item must be in original package, with tags, unused and brand new conditions.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you regarding its approval. Please note, we issue exchanges or store credits; refunds are not provided.
Credits & Validity:
Credits for approved returns will be valid for 90 days.
Non-Refundable Items:
Limited edition items, custom items, all deluxe stickers, keychains, Health & Wellness products, gift cards, and bundle products are final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping Responsibility:
You're responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll address the issue promptly.
Postal Service Responsibility:
We're not liable for damages caused by the postal service or for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
Missing Mail:
In case of a missing package, please complete a missing package request with the postal service. Regrettably, credit cannot be provided for missing packages beyond our control.
